SHIPPING and PAYMENT POLICY –
All in stock items purchased before 2pm PST will ship the same business day. Preordered items will ship as they are received into TotallyMotorsports.com’s warehouse.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal as payment. Unless otherwise notified, your order will ship without further confirmation. PayPal customers will be charged for their entire order, including preorders and freight, at the time the order is placed. Additional preorders will ship as we receive them in with no additional freight cost to you. Credit cards will be charged only for items as they ship. Entire freight amount will be charged on the 1st shipment only per order placed. Additional preorders will ship as we receive them in with no additional freight cost to you. Payment for mail orders may be made by personal check, money order or cashiers check. Please do not send cash via mail. A returned check fee of $25.00 will be applied to all returned checks. If payment has not been received with in 5 days of notification that your order is ready to ship or be picked up your order will be returned to stock and all pending orders cancelled.
International customers will be quoted freight charges after the order has been placed. Any freight charges appearing on your order, with the exception of Canada, may not be accurate. International customers are responsible for any additional freight fees, import duties, or other costs associated with International delivery that may be incurred. Purchaser agrees to pay the shipping and handling costs specified at the time of shipment. PayPal purchasers outside of the Continental United States will be notified of shipping charges that will need to be paid separately from product purchased.
A $0.00 shipping charge indicates an invalid shipping method. If left uncorrected, TotallyMotorsport.com will select the most economical shipping method for you and add it on to your total to be charged.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - Returns are not accepted unless product is found to be damaged. You may only return an item if you have received a return authorization number. You must call to obtain this number before returning any product at 1-800-480-7302. Any returns without an authorization number will be refused at our receiving facility. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original shipping date. To cancel or return an order, please send us an e-mail or call our office at the phone number provided above. You will receive a return authorization number. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and write the return authorization number large on the outside of the carton. Enclose the packing slip with your signature, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on the top of your packing slip. No products may be returned for credit or adjustment without an official return authorization number from Totally Motorsports.
